Competition Rules & Guidelines

You must be present at the closing event at 4:00 PM on Saturday to receive prizes.

For students from other schools, feel free to participate remotely despite this, as our primary goal is for you to learn and have fun!

1. Infrastructure & Web Security

  • No brute forcing or directory searching on the webserver challenges is allowed. Automated scanning tools (e.g., Dirbuster, Gobuster, Nikto) against the main platform infrastructure are strictly prohibited.
  • Do not attack or attempt to disrupt the competition platform, scoring engine, or other participants' environments.

2. Flag & Solution Sharing

  • No brute forcing or sharing flags among players. Flags must be captured independently.
  • Do not request or accept solutions, hints, or assistance from other competitors.
  • Posting write-ups, code solutions, or flags publicly before the competition officially ends is strictly forbidden.

3. Artificial Intelligence Policy

  • AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or automated solvers) should not be used to solve challenges.
  • Indicators of AI usage or AI-generated challenge submissions may result in disqualification and make you ineligible for prizes.

4. General Conduct

  • Treat all participants, staff, and organizers with respect. Harassment or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
  • If you encounter an issue, system bug, or infrastructure crash, please report it directly to an admin or via the official Discord server rather than exploiting it.
